By accessing or using MoverDash, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use. MoverDash reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. Continued use implies acceptance of any modifications.

2. MoverDash Usage

MoverDash serves as a connection service between customers and moving companies but does not directly provide or bear liability for moving services.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. Unauthorized access or misuse due to negligence will not impose liability on MoverDash.

4. Customer and Company Obligations

Customers and moving companies are expected to provide accurate information and conduct themselves respectfully. Any abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct is prohibited.

5. Account Types and Fees

MoverDash offers three types of paid accounts for moving companies with monthly and annual options. When a paid account expires, access to premium features is suspended. Fees are non-refundable.

6. Moving Board Disclaimer

MoverDash’s Moving Board facilitates job-sharing among companies. However, MoverDash holds no responsibility for any disputes, non-performance, quality issues, or fraudulent actions arising from transactions or collaborations on the Moving Board. Companies should independently verify and manage any agreements.

7. Payment Transactions

All payments, service costs, and agreements are directly handled between customers and moving companies. MoverDash does not process payments nor assumes liability for payment disputes.

8. Limitation of Liability

MoverDash shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of using MoverDash or services rendered by third-party providers.

9. Termination and Modifications

MoverDash reserves the right to terminate user accounts or modify these Terms at its discretion. Users are encouraged to review any changes regularly.

Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

MoverDash collects personal information, including names, contact information, and usage data, to facilitate and improve its functionality. Non-identifying information may be collected through cookies for analytics and enhancement.

2. Use of Personal Information

Data is utilized to process requests, improve service, and enable interactions between customers and moving companies. MoverDash does not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

MoverDash may share customer information with third-party moving companies to fulfill service requests and provide an effective experience. Similarly, moving companies’ information will be shared with customers and made visible on the MoverDash website for transparency and informed decision-making. All data sharing is limited strictly to operational purposes, supporting seamless interactions between customers and moving companies.

4. Data Security

MoverDash implements security measures to protect personal data, though no digital security system is entirely foolproof. Users are advised to maintain secure passwords and practice caution.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

MoverDash uses cookies and tracking technologies to enhance user experience. Users can adjust their browser settings to manage cookie preferences.

6. Data Retention

MoverDash retains personal information only as necessary for operational and legal obligations. Data no longer required is securely deleted in accordance with legal standards.
